Darwin Mulligan is an Edmonton wedding photographer who specializes in local as well as destination weddings.
For over 20 years, Darwin has enjoyed making families happy with his group and individual portraits, as well as maternity and baby photography.
He is passionate about landscape photography in locations such as the Canadian Rockies, east and west coasts, the United States and especially Ireland, Cuba, Mexico, St Maarten, St Thomas, the Dominican Republic and lesser known but equally beautiful places such as Grand Turk and Princess Cays.
Darwin is absolutely car-crazy for all things automotive – he even has a Corvette tattoo on his arm! This passion shows in all his vehicle photography!

Darwin grew up on a small farm near St. Paul Alberta where he discovered photography at an early age. Farm life drew his attention to agriculture photography and cars, because in rural Alberta, both were abundant. Now, his corvette photography draws attention from all around the world. Whether it’s a new car, classic cars, trucks or modern day dragsters, they all end up artistically displayed and presented in a fashion befitting their heritage and design.
Mr Mulligan’s images have been sold and published around the world, including being published in National Geographic Magazine.
Accreditation
Darwin has achieved recognition as a nationally accredited member of the PPOC (Professional 
Photographers of Canada). He has obtained his MPA (Master of the Photographic Arts) designation with PPOC. Darwin has accreditation’s in Wedding Environmental, Portraiture, Pictorial (Landscapes), Nature, Stock, Motor Sports, Night Photography, Fine Art, and Model Portfolio.
Darwin was one of the first two people in Canada to receive accreditation in Night Photography.
Photography Awards
He has won many awards for his photography including Best in Class for Landscape (Pictorial), Fine Art, Animals, and Press. Darwin also won a silver medal in the U.S.A. Library of Congress International Photography Competition.
Interests
In addition to photography, Darwin has many outside interests. He enjoys motocross racing, trucks, travel & adventure, Corvettes, and has achieved First Degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo. He is an active member with the Northern Alberta Corvette Owners Club, and has consistently won awards and Best In Class for both racing and show categories.
