52 Weeks Of Weddings

Kerri and Michael's spectacular sunrise trash the dress wedding photograph in Cabo, Mexico

A project I began in July of 2011 where by a new post was offered every week featuring a wedding photo from my portfolio. A lot of them were weddings here in the City of Edmonton, while others were from around the province. Scenic wedding locations such as Banff or Jasper or smaller cities such as Devon, Leduc or even Camrose.

A New Wedding Photograph Every Week For A Year

Edmonton Legislature wedding

It was a perfect day to photograph Liza and Real’s wedding at the Edmonton Legislature. Even though the Edmonton Legislature is without a doubt, the MOST popular place to photograph weddings in the summer in Edmonton, Liza and Real still wanted their wedding photographs taken at the Legislature. As luck would have it, we walked right up to the main steps, and only had to wait a few minutes for the area to clear enough for Liza and Real.

Wedding Ring Detail

The groom, Dale, had special moccasins and rings made for his bride, Angie. Dale also wanted photographs taken of Baby Eagle feathers, the rings & moccasins, and some of his special model race cars. I suggested that these photographs be done a few days prior to the wedding, as I knew we would be pressed for time on the wedding day.

Romantic Wedding Kiss on Beach in Jamaica
